Dice rolls aren't shared

So this has been going on for a couple weeks now, and it seems that both public and /w gm rolls occasionally don't get shared to others who should be able to otherwise see the roll results. This has happened to everyone in our group, GM included where we can see what we rolled, but everyone else cannot. Is there a way we can fix this on our end, or is this something on roll20's end? I will again state that these are public rolls or rolls whispered to the GM, and we've yet to receive anything related to connection issues; so we're pretty sure it's not due to our connection.
