New Player looking for Noob Friendly Group :)

Edited 1573366012
I've been watching D&D campaigns for quite some time (mostly on Koibu's twitch/youtube channel) and have grown a real interest in the role playing / freedom of the game. I'm 21 years old in CST timezone and am free to play basically any day besides Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday I don't really mind the system, but would probably prefer 5e because it seems a lot more friendly for first timers. I'd probably like to play some sort of spell caster like a wizard, but am really open to anything tbh. I consider myself easy to get along with and really enjoy finding new people to interact with. Would love to join a group on some sort of weekly bases. :) edit: also would probably prefer voice to text edit2: also would prefer like a weekly basis campaign style rather than a oneshot style
Unfortunately my game will be running on Mondays, but just in case your scheduling allows it, I'm running Dragon of Icespire Peak!
