Pathfinder Character Sheet Not Calculating Skills Correctly

November 11 (5 years ago)

I recently upgraded my Hide armor to Masterwork Hide Armor which should drop my penalty check by 1 for my skills, but they remain -3.

I experimented further with dropping it to -1 and 0, but still the same result. So I then tried raising it to -4 and that did further increase the penalty to my skills.

For instance, my PC is a half-elf barbarian so my Climb should  =skill ranks + ability modifier + racial modifier + 3. I currently have 18 (+4) STR and 1 rank. So Base Climb should be: 1+4+0+3 = 8, but then subtract my AC penalty of -2, the total should be 6, yet I'm still at 5.

Any ideas as to what could be wrong here?

There has been a time or 2 that I have had armor "hang" and not respond to edits.  I would recommend deleting that armor listing and dragging a new one out from the compendium.  If that doesn't work, create it by hand.  Don't forget to delete any duplicates in your inventory section to keep your weight accurate.

My mistake was actually carry weight penalty. I forgot to account for the additional armor set I added when I dropped in the 2nd Hide.
