Refusing to upload files

Roll 20 won't let me upload any images onto the art library. It just says it's uploading and the bar is stuck. It's terribly fustrating. I thought my browser might be the issue, so i hopped from firefox to chrome, but it's the same there.

Some things to look at: 1. What sort of file are you trying to upload? If it is a jpg, make sure the extension is .jpg and not .jpeg. 2. What is the size of the file you are trying to upload? Free users are limited to 5MB maximum file size. 3. Do you have storage available in your account? Free users are limited to 100 MB total, and audio is included in that total.
