I have been trying to send one of my players/dm a gift of a book through roll20. I put their email address in, the email they use to log in, and it tells me it isn't associated with an account. I'v had this person screenshot the login screen with that email set as their primary email for the account, but roll20 will not accept it. I have tried 'recent players' but the list of players is years old! Why is it so hard to send this as a gift? Please assist
