Game day! Outside the Bells & Bones Tavern, the party has just fought Abilene and Twitch with no clear winner prevailing. Sheriff Hammershard has ordered you to go back to your homes at Broken Birch Acres. Will the party comply? The party learned a few interesting secrets last session including: Isabella is teaching the town's children and teens to defend themselves against the desert spiders. Alex is worried that work on the farm is behind schedule. The entrance to the basilisks' den in Stone Valley has been excavated by an unknown group. Griffon Gulch is ruled locally by a Civic Council. It's members are Mistress Mirabel, Romance, Esmerelda, and the Sheriff. Romance was the only council member to vote against the spring fair. Sheriff Hammershard believes that the phase desert spiders won't materialize unless webs are present. Twitch is an accomplished swordsman and owns a magic longsword. Many of the party's memories of Abilene are false memories implanted by Abilene. Mistress Mirabel thinks Abilene is an very old ally from Mirabel's dreams. Abilene used deception to secretly join the party in the Endworld Mountains (shortly before the kobolds showed up). Abilene is Eyle-Iyle and she (it?) demands worship. I'm not aware of any new NPCs introduced last session but Brocks played his biggest part yet. I hope everyone can make it to the game. Cheers!
