Game removed after refunded content

Hi there, I mistakenly purchased Mordekainen's Tome of Foes when I meant to purchase the standard Monster Manual content for my Descent into Avernus game. I emailed support and had my refund process promptly (thank you again for that). Afterwards, my Descent into Avernus game and all my 5e games in my library were removed from my games list. I didn't use any of the new compendium content in any of my games and I'm startled that all of my campaigns were removed as a result of the refund. I've reached out a couple times over the past couple of days to the support email through replies to my refund ticket but I haven't heard anything either way regarding whether my games could be restored or not. I'm really only interested in my last active game, "Descent into Avernus". Thanks for your time

Not sure of the address of the refund receipt as it might be an automated address and not monitored. Have you sent an email directly to them?
Yeah, I've tried contacting them through the team@roll20.net address. Not sure what else to do.

They sometimes get backlogged with emails. I would recommend giving them another day or so before becoming concerned. A mod or dev usually drops in a post like this to update the poster or ask for more info when they get to the posters email in the que lineup.
Hi Dynamics - Our sincerest apologies for the trouble! It seems that your ticket reply got lost in the shuffle of our new support system - we are still working out the kinks. However, I have found your ticket reply, restored the game you mentioned, and responded back. We really appreciate your patience and, once again, are very sorry for the experience!
Nicholas and Ceejay helped me in getting my issues resolved. Extremely grateful for their help getting through these minor hiccups. Thanks to Pat as well for alleviating my concerns. Have a good weekend!
Since this is resolved I will close this thread.
