I was trying to move my players from one map to another, but an issue occurred that caused the marker for the map the players are on to disappear, resulting in the players being perpetually stuck on a loading screen. The two of us that were GM's for the game were unaffected eventually, one of the players was able to load and ended up in an old map I thought I deleted a year ago and can't find now.
