Chat Channels or Rooms

A feature much like Discord where several rooms or channels can be utilized. Where out of the way rp can take place that isn't involved in the main action and where multiple scenes can take place at once. Currently, we can use /w whisper commands but it's clunky. I realize this would make logging difficult but I suppose that would have to be expanded or secondary rooms or channels would be ignored.
