Dynamic Lighting Overlay Bug

Our GM had dynamic lighting on and a strange point of the map would act as if it had a block obstructing light when nothing was there in the dynamic lighting layer (Unsure if this is relevant to bug replication). Due to this our GM decided to turn off dynamic lighting to attempt to fix the issue and after he said he had... <a href="https://gyazo.com/e46e525c7d63a4e50677b7b1e6ba31ae" rel="nofollow">https://gyazo.com/e46e525c7d63a4e50677b7b1e6ba31ae</a> All of the players (Myself included) experience this. Upon refreshing the problem solved itself. Edit - The dynamic lighting still appears to block movement.
