You'd need a pro account and create the character sheet in html/css like the other sheets have been made.
Just adding stats in the Attributes & Abilities tab on a character sheet get you a long way, as the sheet for the system seems fairly simple and doesn't contain lots of information.
Another alternative is to read and post in the Sheet Request Thread
