Ranger – High Elf Female – Oladia - Chicko   Game Summary for Saturday (11/16/2019):   Opening Scene: It’s about 12:30 pm when the The party had walked into the Stonehill Inn, carrying Myriandor with them, when Oladia then goes outside to have a look in the dwarf, Gundren Rockseeker’s wagon, rummaging through it to see it’s mining supplies.   The adventure party mingles with the folks in the Inn, while getting a room for Myriandor to rest in.   Toblen Stonehill the Inn Keeper Says: "Greetings Folks! Looks like you need some help there! Did the Redbrands rough someone up?!" "You can go see Sister Garaele, for some healing if need be, she's not far from here."   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Nevermind that, what do you have to drink around here?"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard i look around the place   Toblen Stonehill the Says: "[To Kaiden], Mead, stout and Apple Cider. Oh and here’s a menu here’s for you."   Tavern Menu: Poached Dragon and Dried Orange, Glass of Mead (3 sp) Braised Partridge and Dried Apricot, Glass of Mead (2 sp) Boiled Mutton and Blue Cheese, Tankard of Stout (10 cp) Boiled Mutton and Asparagus, Tankard of Cider (8 cp)     Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "Is there a weaponssmith around?"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Rubs his forehead   Toblen Stonehill the Inn Keeper Says: "Yes, that would be Thagren Ironforge, over at the smithy shop across the way"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Just the Cider then if thats the best you have."   Myriandor: I will order the Poached Dragon :)   [Once she feels better and wakes up!]   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard I nod   Toblen Stonehill the Inn Keeper Says: "Ok, Cider it will be then."   Goes over to get a mug and fills it with cider then brings it over to Kaiden. Then Looks over a Darmin.   Toblen Stonehill the Inn Keeper Says: "What can i get for you?"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "So what do you know of the this Job Dramin? Think its really just another supply run?"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard lookig at he barkeep i rase my hand and shake my head   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "How much just for the Cider?"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard I turn towards Kaiden   Toblen Stonehill the Inn Keeper Says: “1 silver for the cider”, "Oh, Ok, Not hungry or thristy yet i guess, eh?"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "Dont know"   The adventure party meets Darmin and Kaiden and relate their experience getting into Phadelver to them.   Elsa the Barmaid Says: "[Talking to Paco] What can i get you sir?" She shows the menu to Paco   Buddy D.: mead   Elsa the Barmaid Acknowledges, Paco and goes over to Toblen and tells him to pour a Mead   Elsa the Barmaid She walks back over with the mead and places it on the table for Paco   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Kaiden sips his Cider, pays Toblen the 1 silver coin. He doesn’t say anything for now."   Elsa the Barmaid Says: "[to Paco] You and your friends here remind me of Daran Edermath, who lives in town here. Are you adventurers?"   Darmin Stillwater yup i say loudly   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "What gave it away? The weapons? My chainmail?", then Grins   Elsa the Barmaid Says: "[to Darmin] Oh cool then!" Says: "[to Kaiden] well yes"

Toblen Stonehill The Inn Keeper Says: "So what brings you folks into town? Just stopping by to rest?"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "Aye! then to adventuring"   Toblen Stonehill the Inn Keeper Says: "I have a couple rooms available."   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "I’d rather leave today if possible, I’ve had my fill of the place, no offence Toblen."   Toblen Stonehill the Inn Keeper Says: "I see, very well then"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "Any quest?" , "That you have heard of?" Says: "Rumours and such"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Arent we already waiting on a job Darmin? Eager are we?"   Toblen Stonehill the Inn Keeper Says: "you want a Quest? I sure don't have one for you, maybe the town mayor has some work available. I myself welcome anyone that will deal with the redbrands that are plaguing the town."   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Nvm my mistake. Cider might be stronger then i thought."   Toblen Stonehill the Inn Keeper Brings a drink over to an old miner looking fellow at the bar. The Miner fellow speaks   Paco Bedo.: says, “ Damn redbands, worse than those dag blasted goblins.”   Lanar the Miner Says: "So you all be adventurers? Cool, maybe you can run those orcs off the mining trail, So I can get back to work. The Townmaster might even actually pay for the deed."   Myriandor the Tiefling Fighter Says: "What can you tell us about these Redbrands?"   Elsa the Barmaid Delivers a drink to another customer you hear her say to him something   Lanar the Miner Says: "[to Narth] Here you go Narth, How is your old wound faring? did you have a chance to visit the Shrine of Luck?"   Narth the Farmer Says: "I did see Sister Garaele, however she was too exhausted to look at it at the time and said to come back another time."   Elsa The Barmaid Says: "[to Narth] Good luck with the wound then. "   Elsa The Barmaid Goes over to a lady sitting in a corner knitting a blanket.   Elsa The Barmaid Says: "[To the lady] Hello Freda, That looks Pretty. "   Kaiden the Human Paladin Looks to Darmin   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "fair maiden bar tender, how much is a round of drinks for the whole tavern"   Elsa the Barmaid Says: "18 silvers for a round for all."   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Perhaps we should see the townmaster about those Orcs?"   Freda the Weaver Says: "[scoffs] A couple of Redbrands came to my shop demanding more blankets. I don't make blankets! It seems they're insisting more and more from every store, harassing everyone - except the Miner's Exchange. Nobody seems to want trouble with Halia Thornton."   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "I agree kaiden "   You all see a young fellow, playing around here in the inn, He's ducking under tables and chairs, pretending to sneak around and bumps into Paco.   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "excuse you kind fellow"   Pip Stonehill Says: "Oh sorry sir, I'm just playing around, pretending to spy on and hide from the Redbrands"   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "Why would you be spying on the redbrands?" , "You’re so young."   Trilena Stonehill (Wife) Says: "Oh sorry, don't mind my son sir. Those Redbrands are a nasty bunch. The local woodcarver, Thel, Dendrar, stood up to the Redbrands a tenday ago when they came by his shop and leered at his wife. The ruffians then murdered him, grabbed his body and now his wife, daughter, and son have gone missing."   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard I nod.   Pip Stonehill Says: "Yea, Mom's right. My Friend Carp Aderleaf and I were playing out in the woods and we were almost caught by redbrands because we found some secret tunnel in the woods."   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "tunnel you say"   Pip Stonehill Says: "Yes, indeed a tunnel sir."   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "say, can you show us the location"   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "tunnel....lets track it down"   Pip Stonehill Says: "Oh yes I could sir!"

Toblen Stonehill the Inn Keeper Says: "I will let Pip here show you the tunnel." Says: "Carp Alderleaf is Qelline's son, The alderleafs have a farm on the southern part of town here."   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "please show us the way to the tunnel pip"   Pip Stonehill Says, “Oh, cool ok!”   To summarize : You now all know that: 1) Redbrands are terrorizing the town. 2) Orcs are causing a problem for the miners. 3) Sister Garaele seems to be a healer. 4) Redbrands murdered Thel Dendrar when he stood up to the Redbrands, grabbed his body and now his wife, daughter, and son have gone missing. 5) Pip & Carp know of a secret tunnel the redbrands chased them from   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Lets get a move on then Darmin, we are burning daylight. And i have a need to test my skill against these Orcs, what say you?"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "just need some knifes and i am good to go"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "So the blacksmith then? Or are you planning on stealing Toblens Kitchen knives hah!"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "to the blacksmith"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Alright then lets be off."   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "I would love to take back that wagon"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Kaiden puts on his Helmet and proceeds to leave the inn.   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard i get up and start to follow   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "I bounce outta here faster than a bear backed into a bee hive"   As you all leave the Inn, leaving Myriandor to rest in her room, you see Oladin rummaging through the cart, trying to look busy like it's his cart.   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "what the dern nation are you doing? [to oladia]" Says: "Whatcha doing with our cart?"   Oladia: Says: "Sorry, I'll just go about my way [Heads back into the Inn"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Watches the transaction with interest   The adventure party heads to Barthen’s Provisions to drop off Gundren Rockseeker’s wagon, while Darmin and Kaiden head across the street to Thagren Ironforge’s Blacksmith shop.     Barthen’s Provisions:   Elmar Barthen the Shop Owner Says: "Hello Foks, Back again I see, what can i do for you?"   Paco Bedo "Hey, We have a wagonload to deliver and get paid for."   Elmar Barthen the Shop Owner Says: "I see, and whom may this wagon load be from?"   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "It belongs to Gundren Rockseeker and Sildar Hallwinter, he hired us to deliver the wagon here."   Elmar Barthen the Shop Owner Says: "Ah yes, Gundren and Sildar, you say, they were supposed to be in town yesterday come to think of it." Says: "You can just pull the wagon inside and I will take it from there for Gundren when he finally gets here."   Paco Bedo "Guess their late, but, Do you have our money for it?"   Paco Bedo: [Party wheels the wagon inside]   Elmar Barthen the Shop Keeper Says: "I am afraid you will need to see Gundren about your pay. Gundren and Sildar were supposed to arrive ahead of you all."   Paco Bedo: [Great good thing Myri is not here hehe be roughing people up to get paid]   Elmar Barthen the Shop Owner Says: "Gundren’s brothers Nundro and Tharden are camped somewhere outside of town and I have not seen them in a tenday, but expect them to return any day now to meet back up with Gundren and Sildar, and retrieve the supplies you delivered here."   Says: "Business here has been a bit slow lately no thanks to the redbrands making it hard on everyone in town. They are shaking down local businesses and flouting the townmaster's authority."   Elmar Barthen the Shop Owner Says: "Anything more I can do for you folks?"     Thagren Ironforge’s Blacksmith shop:   Thagren Ironforge the Blacksmith Says: "Hello there, what can i do for you fellows?" Waits for his potential customers to say something as they browse. Says: "Need a sword? Armor repaired? New horseshoes for your horse?"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Are you buying those Daggers or Making them Darmin "   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "right, once ur business is done, i would like 2 daggers"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard i nod   Darmin pays for the two daggers and Thagren hands them to him.   NEXT DAY: Inside the Stonehill Tavern:  Myriandor, has recovered from her wounds, so has Paco Bedo.

Myriandor the Tiefling Fighter Says: "I want to get our pay, but, if we dont take care of these Redbrands no one will have any money" sees the others at the Inn "Hey You guys want to pair up with Paco and me?"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "That seems logical"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Whats the job?"   Myriandor the Tiefling Fighter Says: "We have a few jobs, one is scout around outside of town, find his brothers so we can get our pay for the wagon, the other jobs are Orcs bothering the miners and the gang the Redbrands bothering the townsfolk"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "we go for the orc"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Hmm, the Orcs would seem like the bigger problem, and whats in it for us for helping you get your pay from this brother?"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "it will get us rep and gold"   Paco Bedo: says, “ I am about getting gold.”   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Agreed, we might help you with the search after" Says: "If we are paid for our trouble, what do you think Darmin?"   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "I am about getting gold and experience with my ranger skills."   Myriandor the Tiefling Fighter Says: "Alright, Orcs the gang redbrands, both will probably get us some money, so, sure"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "agreed"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "Right we deal with the Orcs first, lets get a move on."   Myriandor the Tiefling Fighter Says: "Heres a thought the redbrands might know about the Orcs, maybe take care of the gang first?"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "well what is the lesser evil?"   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "yeah"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "I wouldn’t take stock on anything thieves and murderers say."   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "well what is the lesser evil?"   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "yeah"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "I wouldn’t take stock on anything thieves and murderers say."   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "But who are we to judge, when know not of their circumstances"   Myriandor the Tiefling Fighter Says: "Probably the redbrands their just shaking down the townsfolk"   Paco the Elf Ranger Says: "nothing more than just thugs"   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard shrugs   Myriandor the Tiefling Fighter Says: "Make the town safe then go after the Orcs"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "You can have a chat with them later then, ask them to start being nice, we can watch and see how that turns out."   Myriandor the Tiefling Fighter Says: "My way of chatting tends to hurt people"   Kaiden the Human Paladin Says: "At least the Tiefling seems to her head screwed on right." Says: "Who agrees we should go after the Orcs, say Aye."   Paco Bedo: says, “ orcs”   Darmin the Half-Elf Wizard Says: "Aye"   Myriandor the Tiefling Fighter Says: "Sure Orcs first"   Lanar the Miner Says: "[to Myriandor] I would stay up around the village of Conyberry, when mining and the orcs, apparently coming from south of there would pester the village from time to time "   The adventure party decides to head out to the village of Conyberry, a bit north then east of Phadalin on the Triboar Trail.   The trip is approximately 50 miles in length and the party travels on foot at a 4 mph pace to get to Conyberry.   On the last 3 rd of their trip, 3 wolves attack the group, right on the Triboar Trail.     Initiative rolls are made and Round 1 of Combat begins:   Paco, using his long bow hits Wolf #01 with an arrow for 7 piercing damage!   Wolf #01, bites Paco for 9 piercing damage!   Wolf #02, bites Myriandor for 6 piercing damage!   Wolf #03, bites Myriandor for 5 damage dropping her!

Kiaden, hits Wolf #01 with his warhammer for 11 bludgeoning damage, defeating it!   Myriandor rolls her first of 3 Death Save rolls fand was successful.   Darmin Stillwater, fires a Fire Bolt but it goes wide of the wolf!   Kaiden uses a bonus action here to Lay on Hands upon Myriandor for 5 hit points restored.     Round 2 of Combat: Paco, fires his long bow at Wolf #03, the arrow hitting for 8 piercing damage!   Wolf #02, tries to bite Kaiden but missed!   Wolf #03, bites Kaiden for 10 piercing damage! Kaiden is down to 2 HPs.   Kaiden, swings his war hammer at Wolf #02, dealing 12 bludgeoning damage, defeating the beast!   Myriandor, slashes out at Wolf #03, dealing 9 damage with her Great Sword, defeating the creature!   End of Combat!     And that ends the live gaming session for the day until next time!
