Paid for friend's subscription, was charged, he didn't get it

Title says all. I paid for my friend, (DM) to have 10$ on his account... It didn't go through, and I tried multiple times... Then they all cleared my bank at once, sucking 50$ out of my account... and he still has nothing. We both received emails about the transaction. I got a receipt, and he got a friend has sent you 10$ thing fives. His account still has nothing. I don't care about the fact it charged me 5 times... I just care that he didn't receive it at this point.
