PageFX working in one campaign, not in a second.

I used the Transmogrifier to bring over some pages from another campaign. The New Campaign simply won't display any PageFX not sure why.  Things that this is not: It's not that the Players aren't on the page with the FX. It's not that I didn't install PageFX on the second campaign. It's not that I didn't copy the new effects over, I did with the same names. I even tried creating new tokens with new effects.  Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Well now PageFX doesn't work in any  of them.

I can't remember if that script not only requires you to be on a page with the player ribbon, it might require a player to be in game on that page? I assume you ran: !pageFX on
It doesn't seem to need a player in the game. I got the old one to work again by deleting and then re-applying PageFX.
!pageFX on Where do I run this?

In chat. The ! in front of the code indicates that it is an API command. It might be a good idea to refresh yourself on the commands. You can find them on the One-click install page for the script. I am not up to date on it. I dropped it after I discovered it was a source of lag in a game we were running.
Yeah I ran it in chat, nothing.
Man! So weird! I tried adding a player in case it needs to have actual players to work, instead of just the player ribbon, still nothing. Let me see if I can make a new campaign and have Page FX work.
So the issue seems to be with Character sheets. For some reason when I made a new campaign without character sheets it worked fine.
I have encountered a problem before with certain sheetworkers conflicting with API scripts (and vice versa). What character sheet are you using?
