Player unable to access campaign: ArguementError: key cannot be blank

I have a user attemtping to log into a campaign I have on the Dev server and he is getting errors. He has attempted to access the campaign using the link provided in the default email generated when I invited him to the campaign. He has tried using the direct link provided on the Invite Players page. The error he is getting is: ArgumentError: key cannot be blank

Thanks for the feedback, Kristin. I have created a temp campaign and issued a Player Invite to the individual that is having the connection issues. I have also provided him with the direct link to the campaign. He is going to test joining this temp campaign and I will report back once I have the results of his tests.

Kristin, The user had no success accessing the temp campaign. Below is his feedback from testing access to the temp campaign: Also tried the test link email. Same results. Also tried to access my account from hyperlink in email. Same result.
