The team discusses means to bring in, and treat the Eradicator. Paladin and Prime decide to head off and get the space ship that was given to the group (so they can use it to collect Kryptonite that might be on other planets in the solar system or heat to where Krypton was to get it from the source, the asteroid belt that was once Superman's home world). meanwhile Apex and Atticus remain in Metropolis to skull session solutions. Before Paladin and Prime leave the news reports that the Eradicator having a heated conversion with an unknown super woman (Marvel Girl) in Metropolis Park. The group rushes down there to see what is going on arriving in time to see the woman to attack the Eradicator. She hits him with enough force to smash a bulldozer and it harms not at all. "Ah, gravitic powers, that gives you an advantage but not enough of one." He casually backhanded her sending her out of the park, across the street, through a wall and into someone's living room. Apex and the Eradicator speak for a while before he flies away. Apex challenged his authority enough that he agreed to return in 7 days and teach him the error of his ways and to make Apex an example of what disobedience will be punished with. Marvel Girl, their new friend, was invited to come back and chat about the Superman situation. Apex, Atticus, and Marvel Girl go the the restaurant of the 5 star hotel for a meal. At the cafe they will be approached by Harlequin, She gives them a card with a Metropolis address saying the Mr. J. wants to talk to them. He might have a solution for their Superman problem. They agree to 8PM meeting but want to find a way to avoid needing to go. Apex, using common knowledge that Commissioner Gordon works closely with Batman contacts him hoping he can put them in contact with someone who knows what Batman's contingency plans for Superman might be. Gordon tells Apex someone should be calling him soon. The real waitress comes hopping out of the pantry tied up and gagged but not hurt. They untie her and convince her not to call the police. So takes their orders and gets back to work. After a while Apex's phone rings, the voice on the side is highly modularized and digitally scrambled. They identify themselves as Oracle. Oracle tells Apex about the fortress of solitude and that it is where science cells that can hold superman are and that his Phantom Zone Projector is located there. Oracle does not say where the fortress is. Apex want to interview those who know Superman who can tell him how to subdue him without killing him. Oracle will not reveal them but under Apex's questioning agrees to talk to them in his stead and relay what they know. Oracle promises to call tomorrow with the information. Meanwhile Paladin and Prime stop off at the the base to feed Prime's dependents. While there the wall explodes inward and a cat-human woman hybrid with 3 Bulettes burst in. "You will for what you did to the children of the Bloodmoon!" (Reference to the animal hybrids created by Moreau Bio Industries.) (Unfortunately the GM was called away to dine with his wife and children the fight had to be put on hold until a future game session. Either one in two weeks or maybe in a special make up session before then.) Update: Unfortunately we have lost Mathew so Prime scurries away from the fight, lost in the tunnels under New York forevermore, or until he wants to rejoin. In the meantime I have restored the game listing so new players can at least see, and maybe want to join, our happy little group!
