Certain campaigns never load past "Update in Progress" page

Hello! While I am able to access all the other campaigns on my account, I am unable to open two campaigns from 2013. Those two simply say this when clicked on: " Upgrade In Progress We're doing a little spring cleaning to optimize your game. Please wait... Please do not press the back button or close this window." I was hoping to access our chat logs/journal from them if at all possible. Thank you for any help with this issue!

Thank you for your reply. From having searched the forums for similar issues, I believe this issue has to do with the age of the campaigns in question. https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/7043953/upgrade-in-progress-forever/?pageforid=7044146#post-7044146 https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/7464854/update-in-progress-bug The issue only occurs with two campaigns from 2013, and none of my other campaigns. Hello! Just wanted to check in again on this issue - it still seems to be persisting on both old games tagged above. That said, I understand if this is a more complex or specialized issue to resolve! Let me know if you need anything else from me, and thank you again!
