Gifted to the wrong person

Hello! I wanted to gift 10 dollars to my DM, but gifted it to another one of the players. Apparently, he contacted support and gave them my email on my behalf, but I have not heard anything. Any help is appreciated, because the player doesn't have anything to do with the balance really.
