Connection Interruption

Every time I try to load into my groups game it says "Connection interrupted" my laptop is connected to my router by the ether net cable now I disconnected now its on WiFi it still dose not work. Help Please.

&nbsp;the speed test is ping-21,Download-6.09,Upload-0.77 I also check Firefox and it is much slower than Chrome is also cleared the cache for chrome since I just downloaded Firefox it did not clear the cache.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
