Friend's campaign got corrupted, certain characters are no longer draggable, and a lot of the maps got deleted. Is there anyway for him to fix this problem without losing his work?

If he is a pro subscriber he can perform a rollback on his campaign. If he is not, he could try emailing the devs (<a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a>) and ask them if they could roll it back.
