Some tokens dont appear

Sometimes tokens wont show up for me. All of the other players and the DM can see the tokens but some of them dont appear for me. Refreshing the page doesnt seem to work, and the tokens that I can see still update and move as normal so its not just a freezing issue. Any idea why this is happening?

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4. . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
