I think some more info could help narrow down the problem. Does this problem only appearing for this one player, and not to anyone else? If this player been using Roll20 before, is this the first time this problem have occurred? Or is this problem only occurring on one character sheet? Is your player using Roll20 in another language than English? For some character sheets, there exist language-based adjustments so sheets display better with the used language, but on rare occasions those fixes have introduced some other display. Could we get a larger version of the screenshot? It's so low detail, you can't really see anything.
