VTT Tutorial Renders Tooltips Offscreen

Bug description is pretty much all there in the title. The tooltips at various points in the tutorials are rendered off-screen. You can edit the DOM to move them back on-screen, but it is awkward. As a second note, I think the text of the tooltips for the Jukebox tutorial is out of sync with the current state of the GUI. They refer to buttons which I don't believe are onscreen. Just flagging this, but it could also just be me not spotting what the tooltips are indicating.

Yes, the tutorial is partially outdated, and some parts doesn't plainly work, such as the "Jukebox" part. My suggestion is when you encounter a bug that hinders you enough, to move to another section of the tutorial, or just creating a new game and test that feature there. Haven't heard about this tooltip bug previously, are you using Roll20 on either Chrome or Firefox? Those two are the offically supported broswers, and should overall give the most reliable experience.
Using Chrome Version 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build)(64-bit). I don't think it's a new bug, but it may have been patched before and accidentally re-introduced. There is a forum post from 2 years ago by Fumbled Again which describes the same problem: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/4394156/slug%7D
