All attendees, referees and players are required to agree with the following code of conduct.&nbsp; Referees will enforce this code throughout the game session.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe and non-hostile environment for everybody. &nbsp; Need Help? Contact Mami Email:&nbsp; <a href="mailto:wychfate@gmail.com" rel="nofollow">wychfate@gmail.com</a> &nbsp; The Quick Version Our session provides a harassment-free gaming experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.&nbsp; We do not tolerate harassment of any session participants in any form.&nbsp; Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any session, including talks, online, events, Twitter and other online media.&nbsp; Session participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the session without refund if applicable, at the discretion of the referee conducting the event or company staff members. &nbsp; The Less Quick Version &nbsp; Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender indemnity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces or within the online gaming platform, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, private message, whispered chat messages, open chat messages, harassing photography or recordings, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical conduct, and unwelcome sexual attention. &nbsp; Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. &nbsp; Referees are also subject to the anti-harassment policy.&nbsp; Referees should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material.&nbsp; Company Staff (and volunteers) should not use sexualized clothing/ uniforms/ costumes/ images, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. &nbsp; If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the session referee or organizer may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the session without refund. &nbsp; If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please inform the referee or contact a staff member immediately.&nbsp; Session staff is always the referee running the session . &nbsp; Session referees will be happy to help participants contact site administration, company staff, security, local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise appropriately assist those experiencing harassment to ensure they feel safe for the duration of the session or sessions for extended games.&nbsp; We value your attendance.
