Not in an immediately obvious way. You could likely infer it from the creation of certain assets using the API but that would require that the creator has a Pro subscription :/
A 'free' version would depend on you knowing the first art asset you added (by way of upload) to a game. Find it in your 'recent uploads' window view and it should be dated... it's brittle but possible...
Usually you can guess pretty close with the date on the very first post in the game's lfg or main page. I tend to create a read only post (I keep it closed) of game information and sticky. That tells me when my game was created.
