I am the GM of a only war campaign and we just had our first game. Here we had a bit of a problem with keeping track of the comrads. So my question is: Did you have tokens for the comrads or do they use the same space as the player?
I was in an Only War game and each comrade had his/her own token. After all, they are supposed to be able to move away from the PC's reach. We never had any problem keeping track of them though. If you have too much of a problem, perhaps you should make each comrade token stand out more or have the GM add a hue to the token corresponding with the controlling player's color.
