Hi, I saw in another thread that there's an issue with these two features being turned on and I think I've done that to my course of strahd campaign but the page never loads so I can't seem to turn it off. what can i do?

If the player ribbon is not on the problem page, create a dummy account, invite it to the game and promote it to GM. It should come in on the player flagged page. The dummy account can edit the page settings on the problem page and turn off one or the other.
