Sudden ChatTech Issues - Bluetooth Headphones Transmitting/Not Receiving

Good Evening,  I have been running a game on your system for the last year or so and have had absolutely no issues with your chat tech until now.  Starting three Mondays ago and continuing until now, I have been unable to use any kind of headphones with your chat tech. My players have no issues, but with mine, they can only hear me; I cannot hear them and I cannot hear the music. I've tried this in both Chrome and Firefox and found the same problem. I've disabled all extensions, whitelisted the site with antivirus (and disabled that extension, when it didn't fix it) but have had no luck.  I went through all of my settings on the site and they are all the same. I have tested this with multiple pairs of bluetooth headphones, and have had the same problem. I have managed to play and transmit audio through other applications and other websites, and I have been able to receive audio inputs from other sources both on this PC and other devices.  The one thing of interest that I have discovered, is that if I turn the chat tech completely off, I can hear the music. That's it.  This is immensely difficult for me, as I actually can't handle the sound coming through regular speakers (medical crap). I love your service because I love having everything that I need in one place, but at this point, unless you have a solution, I have to start figuring out other options for the chat portions of our game.  Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Corey. I'm not a mod but they usually post this as the beginning of their troubleshooting procedures. I marked out the ones you said you did already. If you could try step 3 and supply the log from step 4, they should be able to help you easier. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Hey Corey F. -  Just checking in, did the troubleshooting step(s) that Pat S. provided above help resolve this problem? Or did you still need some further assistance?
