tokens and ac

ive watched the videos...it even shows it in there. I'm trying to get the token to show the full actual AC on one of the little circles on the token. Even in videos when they do it ...it just always shows 10. I tried it on my end and it just shows ten..even when i know its ac of the ogre mage is 21. how do i fix this? thanks

Which sheet are you using?&nbsp; Some info on linking attributes values to Token Bars ( <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Token_Features#Bars" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Token_Features#Bars</a> ) Is it possible that npc/monsters use a different attribute for AC? ie "npc_ac" instead of "ac"
im in the basic 5e template. Also..i am totally confused on monster tokens. when i set the token up, i put the 3 bars set to hp ac and so on....but when i minus some hp..ALL the other hobgoblin tokens lose hp as well :(
