new player character sheet blank and unable to edit

I've done everything i can think of, but the player character sheet for them seems to remain unable to edit even though they have access to it. I've even reduced the amount of monster pages i have and map pages to see if that was the issue, but it still seems like they are having trouble. https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/618615893261287426/657752916857454607/unknown.png?width=825&height=702 it does it for me as well but it fixes itself after a minute and 49 seconds.

Well, one issue may be that opera isn't a supported browser. It may work, but Roll20 only officially supports chrome and firefox. A mod will probably be along eventually, and ask you to work through the steps in the wiki. You might as well try those, and if the first 3 steps don't help then you will need to provide them a console log from step 4. https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues

It still seem to do the same thing after that and it's only affecting him apparently and is giving him the message "had no character"
Hi Hazarddex - Can you attempt to create a brand new character for the player and see if that new character works for them? Additionally, are you able to have them provide additional information from step 4 of the guide to Solving Technical Issues? This will greatly help us in troubleshooting the issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
