Use of iPad.

I am trying to use my iPad to master a campaign I’created. i installed the app , open it, and logged in without problems. i selected the game and launched ... it seems to pass to the graph interface but suddenly all disappear and the app appears frozen with this interface (see picture).
Hi Andrea M. - Have you tried launching any other campaigns of yours from the app? If so, were the results the same? If you haven't tried that yet, can you try it now and let me know how it goes, please? Thank you!
Same here, on several iOS versions. App flips over to Safari, loading the page js.stripe.com, and that's it.
Just wanted to chime in to mention I had the same experience; one of my players tried to use an iPad and the Roll20 app, and was added to the game via QR code; he was constantly thrown over to safari on js.stripe.com. He ultimately stuck to just loading the site instead of the app on his ipad, despite how painful that experience was.

The Roll20 app has been pretty broken for some time and in my opinion ought to be removed from the App Store. However logging on Roll20 via the website (not the app) as normal works well with the ipad and in fact iPads tend to have the best touch controls for moving tokens around.
Hey all-&nbsp; Can anyone who is having issues with the iOS app please send us an email to <a href="mailto:Team@Roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@Roll20.net</a> with a link to a game that isn't loading with the app and your device specs, please? We'll send this information off to our development team. We would ask for the iOS version, device model (iPad Air 2, iPad Pro, etc.), and any applicable device information. Thanks!
It seems like it just acts like that on all iPads, I'm having the same issue! But yeah, I'll be sending an email later
Same here. Every game I launch sends to Safari.&nbsp;
