Some players don't see map, but others do.

Hi. I have encountered an issue. Some of my players can see the map, but others can't. This is not a player ribbon issue, or anything with moving players on different maps. I made sure there were no player icons anywhere on my maps and the player ribbon is where its supposed to be. The players that can see have everything as always. The players that can't see can see the chat section and overlay icons, like the top left tool bar, the zoom bar, the map scroll sidebars and can click to see journal and the other stuff. The screen however, is a complete blank. It's not black, it appears as if they were looking at a map that had all its images deleted and the area set to 0x0 or something, as they only see the white-greyish background of the site. As I write this one of the players exited the game and went into his own campaign and has the same issue there. Clearly this is an account or PC problem. What can be causing this?
Addition, he can draw using the draw tool and the one's who can see the map can see it, but he can't.
yeah that would be me
Addition, he can see the map in a different browser, so its a Chrome problem
