Hi , i created a game but now I have to delete it . I went to the specific box but the game is still there . What can i do? Even if i write 'Delete' it doesn't go away
Are you sure you didn't accidentally create more than one game, or deleted the wrong one? Considering that "Not being able to delete a game" isn't that troublesome, it's unlikely you get any response to this over the winter holidays.
Hello Davyh, The "delete process" can be long sometimes. Try to wait one day or two or disconnect your account and, after 5-10 minutes, go back on roll20. Have a nice day. Rei
Davyh. Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not a mod so I don't want to step on mod toes, but have you gone through the basic troubleshooting steps to eliminate potential problem areas? It's pretty straightforward, but discovering if the issue disappears when you switch browsers for instance can help figure out what's going on. If the first three steps don't do anything, that last step, the console log can give the devs the technical info they need to get to the bottom of the issue. Guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
Very strange, try to add this problem in "bug reports" forum ? But before, wait tomorrow or 2 days, maybe your game will be delete. However, I have a question, can you join a "delete" game ? If the answer is no, maybe is just a display problem. Rei.

I've usually just highlight the word, copy, then paste it into the field. It eliminates the chance I screw up the lettering since I do omit letters or flip them sometimes.
