[LFG] [D&D 5e] New player seeking helpful group

Greetings all, Brand new to the world of D&D but have been wanting to learn and play for a long time. I know next to nothing about how to play but I hope to find someone or a group who is willing to hold my hand until I figure things out. I'm an introvert with a weird and dry sense of humor. Meeting people and making connections is a bit difficult. Hence, I have turned to the internet.
