The sheet labled "AGE System" contains all the AGE sheets Roll20 have to offer, including Dragon Age. It doesn't seem to have a separate NPC sheet option, so you will have to make due with the regular sheet. In the "Settings"-tab there might be some options that can customize the sheet looks to closer what you want/need.
