Things to check: 1. Have your DM post the sight settings on the token that represents your character, as well as the DL settings on the page. Make sure your character "has sight" and that there is some light source on the page, either something your token emits or a torch or item that emits light that "Others can see". 2. Make sure that the token represents your character, and that you have control over it (easier to overlook than you might think). 3. Make sure your GM hasn't inadvertently Split the Party (i.e. you are on the same page as the others). 4. Try a different browser, and try without any extensions active. 5. Try a different computer (if possible)
