I can't use the Xanthar's compendium for creating characters

Hello I looking to find a reason why I can't use the Xanthar's guide to everything in my Character builder, I purchased in the player's bundle. The only Compendium I can use is the PHB which was also part of the Players bundle.

Most of the items in Xanathar's are subclasses, which mostly require a couple of levels to see. Try leveling to 3 to see if you have the specific subclass you are looking for. There are some new spells, so you could check to see if when making a level 1 spellcaster you can see those spells available. If you just bought the item, I have heard it may take a few minutes to activate in game.
