Can't contact support for refiund

I'm trying to send an email to do a refund for the Player's Handbook that I bought since I don't actual need it through you site and the email on my computer isn't working so I can't send out a refund email.

The email address is <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> Is the what you put in for the address? Sometimes people put in .com and it won't work.
