Just to add to this; Here's what I'm seeing in the PF2e core compendium for Actions.  The action symbols/icons seem to be MIA.

I went ahead and reported to this to our PF2 sheet team and they put in a ticket to fix it. Hope you are having a great New Year so far! :)
