Some Issues With Macros

I had a whole thing here before, but it turns out i'm not very bright. :P Anyway, so I grabbed the Waterdeep Heist content, and now, whenever I select a monster or a PC, I get three macro popups next to the Select/Move pointer reading "Alley Store Goods" and "MS Grinda Apparatus" and "SC Chase Complications". How the hell do I get rid of those and change them to something else, like monster or NPC specific Macros?

Those are token actions. Here's how to get rid of them: 1.Go to the "Collection" tab above your chat (next to the settings cog). 2. In the list of macros find the entries for the actions you're looking for, the names probably won't be exactly the same but something similar. 3. Click on the macro and you'll get a pop up box 4. Scroll down in the pop up and near the bottom there's a checkbox that says "Show as Token Action?", uncheck that box and that macro will go away. 5. Click "Save Changes" 6. Repeat 2-5 for the other macros.
