Players Can't See Map

I purchased the Curse of Strahd module and have all the pages preloaded into the game. I have the Player Ribbon set on the correct page and each character's token/name dragged onto the page. I also have made sure it's on the "Map" layer (not the GM layer). At this point, I don't know how to get my players to see the maps! Right now, my player can just see the tan/white textured main background. HELP!

Just something to check; make sure they are using Chrome or FF for roll20.
Thank you Vince. I can confirm the players were using Chrome. That is great to know though - I'll be adding that to my notes for future sessions.

I'm not a Mod, but to help expedite a solution for you, follow the steps below and post back. Your player(s) experiencing the issue might also need to post. Thanks Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4. . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
I may be misunderstanding what you meant, but be sure you drag the player tokens to the Token Layer, not the Map Layer.
And if the proceeding steps (thank you Vince!) haven't helped resolve the issue for you, you're more than welcome to write in to us at team@roll20.net so we can better help you assist!
