Wizard – High Elf – Kaiser Starlocke - Yoshi Wizard – Tiefling – Welfast Burner - Dramin Stillfest [Booted from game due to 3 weeks of non-attendance & lack of posting]   Game Summary for Saturday (01/11/2020):   Opening Scene: It’s now 3:45 pm on May 2 nd . The party is alerted by 4 Redbrand Ruffians coming down the stairs to the north door of the meeting room and the 3 bugbears leaving their room are heading to the south door of the meeting room. Combined strength rolls are made for two ruffians vs the two adventurers holding the doors shut, [ 22 total for Willie and Roqar vs 22 total for 2 Ruffians at North Door. 30 total for the bugbears vs  20 strength at the south door], and it’s the Bugbears that win at the south door, bashing it open and storming into the meeting room. Initiative rolls are made going into combat.   Round 1 of Combat: [Strength checks at doors as mentioned above] Bugbear #03 bashes open door with Mosk, and Enters the room first. Flint throws 1 of 2 hand axes at Bugbear #03 but missed!   Round #02 of Combat: Willie, fires an arrow with the long bow at Bugbear #03 while still keeping his weight on the door, hitting for 9 damage! Bugbear #03, missed Welfast with his Morningstar!   Mosk, hits Ravoprax for 4 damage with the Morningstar! Bugbear #02, missed Ravoprax with the Morningstar! Welfast, hits Mosk for 5 slashing damage with his dagger! Willie, Fires an arrow at Mosk for 7 damage! Ravoprax, hits Mosk for 13 slashing damage with his rapier and he falls defeated! Flint, throws 2 nd hand axe at Bugbear #03 and missed him!   Round #03 of Combat: Flint uses his Second Wind ability (as a bonus action), to regain 1d10+1[level bonus] = 4 hit points: Using your limited well of stamina that you draw on to protect yourself from harm. Flint, missed Bugbear #03 with his battle-axe!   Round #04 of Combat: Kaiser, cast burning hands hitting for 4 damage after bugbear #02 makes a dexterity saving throw vs the spell Bugbear #03, missed Flint with his Morningstar! Welfast, fails 2 nd of 3 death saves! Willie, firing an arrow, rolls a critical roll of 20 for 22 double damage on Bugbear #03, defeating him! Flint, missed Bugbear #02 with his battle axe!   Round 5 of Combat: Kaiser, cast the burning hands spell, expending all of her 1 st level spell slots for the day, at Bugbear #02 and he fails his dexterity saving throw vs the spell to receive 11 fire damage and defeating him! [All bugbears are down at this point] Welfast, makes 2 nd  successful death save of 3! Ravoprax, uses healing potion from Sister Garaele on Welfast, healing back 2 hit points.   Round 6 of Combat: The party lets the Redbrand Ruffians, enter the room, backing away from the door and getting into position to meet their charge.   Round 7 of Combat: Ruffian #01, using a multiattack to make two melee attacks, swings twice at Ravoprax, dealing 4 damage with one swing! Ruffian #02, swings twice at a party member but missed! Roqar, swings her short sword at Ruffian #02 but missed! Kaiser, hits Ruffian #01 for 7 damage with his dagger! Welfast, rolls a critical 20 on the death save, he’s ok now with 1 hit point. Willie, hits Ruffian #02 for 7 piercing damage with an arrow! Ravoprax, hits Ruffian #01 for 12 damage with his rapier! Flint, rolls a critical roll of 20 for 8 double damage, using both hands for the battle axe,  on Ruffian #02, defeating him!   Round 8 of Combat: Ruffian #01, Swings twice at Willie with his short short sword but missed! Roqar, hits Ruffian #03 for 5 damage with her short sword! Kaiser, rolls 1 st successful Death Save! Willie, hits Ruffian #03 for 10 damage with his short sword! Ravoprax, missed Ruffian #03 with his rapier! Flint, hits Ruffian #03 for 12 damage wielding his battle axe with both hands!, defeating him!   Round 10 of Combat: Ruffian #04, hits Fling for 13 damage from both swings of his short sword! Roqar, hits Ruffian #04 for 3 damage with her short sword! Kaiser, makes 2 nd successful Death save of 3! Willie, hits Ruffian #04, for 9 damage with an arrow shot! Ravoprax, hits Ruffian #04 for 7 damage with his rapier, defeating him! Ravoprax, tries to stabilize Kaiser using his medicine skill but could not. Roqar, Stabilizes Flint using her medicine skill!   Round 10 of Combat: Kaiser is stabilized by Ravoprax.   End of combat!   The party has a look around the meeting room again. This time they take all the coins found on the table where the redbrands were playing knucklebone: Copper: 80 ; Electrum: 29 ; Silver: 23 ; Gold: 20 and gold earring set with ruby worth 30 gp.   Also Mosk the bugbear is the only attacker that has anything of value upon him and it’s his black leather eyepatch with semi-precious stones worth 50 gp and a pouch of 33 silver coins. There is also an iron key in the pouch. Both of Mosk's eyes appear to be in good shape.   The adventurers again try to take a short rest and this time they were able to without being disturbed. The party heals back 1 hit die of hit points rolled + any bonus. The Party has also leveled up to level 2 at this point and character sheets are updated to reflect that.   The group, exits the meeting room via it’s south door and enter the room where the bugbears stayed. The room contains 4 roughly built wooden buns, with heaped-up blankets and dirty dishes scattered about. A strong smell of unwashed bodies and rotten meat fills the air in here.. The find Droop the goblin, hiding under one of the 3 bunks and nothing of value in the room. Without saying anything to the frightened goblin they leave the room with the intention of exiting the hideout for now.   In the area where the crevasse splits the hideout the party confronts the Nothic again, this time with one of the redbrand ruffians.   An exchange of conversations is had, along with Willie giving the Nothic a jug of beer, he took from a keg in the meeting room. The Ruffian refused to lower his weapon and give up and the Nothic apparently decides not to switch sides in spite of the offer of more beer and strippers.   At that point Willie screams in pain as parts of exposed flesh is seen to rot on him, taking 10 hit points of damage!   Willie, thinking it was the Nothic that caused the rot, fired off an arrow with his long bow at the Nothic dealing 6 damage to him!   And this ends the gaming session for the night, until next time! Willie had just fired an arrow at the Nothic after receiving a painful skin rot! Initiative rolls are made.   Combat Round 1: Willie, hits the Nothic for 8 damage with his short sword! Ravoprax, cast the Green-Flame Blade upon his rapier but missed the Nothic! If a hit was scored a green flame would leap from the Nothic and hit a nearby foe who is within 10 ft, the damage being equal to the caster’s spellcasting ability modifier.   Welfast, cast the Ray of Frost spell at the Nothic for 8 damage! Flint, swings his battle axe, two-handed at the Nothic but missed! Roqar, using a sneak attack to deal an extra 2d6 of damage, hits the Ruffian #01 for 6 + 6 additional damage! Nothic, getting two claw attacks, hits with one hand dealing 9 slashing damage to Flint! Ruffian #01, gets two short sword attacks and the first one hits Roqar for 8 damage! Kaiser, cast the Fire Bolt spell, hitting for 15 damage on the Nothic!   Combat Round 2: Willie, hits the Nothic for 10 hit points of slashing damage with his short sword! Ravoprax, tries the Green Flame Blade again only to miss the Nothic! Welfast, cast Ray of Frost but missed the Nothic! Flint, hits the Nothic using his battle axe two-handed for 6 slashing damage, defeating him! Flint uses Second Wind to gain back 3 hit points. Roqar, missed Ruffian #01, with her shortsword! Ruffian #01, nails Roqar with both swings of his short sword for 11 total damage, dropping her! Kaiser, cast Magic Missiles spell and 3 magic missiles strike the Ruffian #01 for 6 total damage, defeating him! End of Combat!   Ravoprax, cast a Cure Wounds spell upon Roqar healing back 11 hit points! Searching the Nothic and Redbrand Ruffian, has the Nothic come up empty while the Ruffian had a coin pouch with 6 copper, 10 electrum, 5 silver and  5 gold coins. The party dumps the bodies into the 20 feet deep crevasse then has a look around the crevasse area. Roqar, spots a chest barely visible under the north bridge, and decides to climb down using acrobatics but stumbles, dealing 2d6=10 damage to herself! Leaving her with 2 hit points!   Roqar, then realizes it bone chillingly cold, down inside the crevasse and sees her breath steam out. Moving towards the chest she spots the body of a human male, in common clothing, with several stab and slashing wounds. The body has also been gnawed on. The rack of beef ribs the party gave the Nothic is also down here. The chest, body and rack of ribs has frost upon them from the cold.   Roqar, checks the chest for traps and did not find one, and opens it. The chest was not locked and opens easily. Inside, is to be found 160 silver coins, 120 gold coins, 5 malachite gems worth 15 gp each, two sealed vials, and one scroll. Also, in the chest is a finely detailed longsword, inside a silver-encased scabbard. The hilt is shaped to resemble a majestic hawk with it’s wings spread wide and has “Talon” inscribed upon it. Roqar, believes that from the story she was told that this is the sword, Lord Aldith Tresendar, a great knight also known as the Black Hawk, once possessed. Roqar, moves the chest to the side of the crevasse the party is on and uses rope to have the chest lifted out of the crevasse. Roqar, then ties the rope around herself and is pulled up out of the crevasse. Kaiser, has a look at the scroll, inscribed with in runic magic script and sees it is a scroll of an Augury spell. The party heads back to the Stonehill Inn with the chest and rack of ribs and take a long rest to regain hit points and spells. Kaiser, decides to cast the Find Familiar spell, using 10 gp worth of charcoal, incense and herbs, consumed by fire in a brass brazier, and conjures a celestial spirit animal in the form of an owl. [Note: I may add in, that, like the 1E/2E version of the spell, that the wizard will sustain damage if the familiar is reduced to 0 hit points.] While at the Stonehill Inn, Welfast Burner, decides to part from the party, as he’s seen enough blood already. The party then meets a fellow of the Tortle race (Turtle Humanoid), a cleric of Istishia, King of water Elementals, god of elemental water and purification, named Murtle Seabran. He decides to hook up with the party and they go have another look at the Redbrand hideout. The party enters the hideout around 7am on May 3 rd  now and makes their way to the north bridge and crosses over it to the cavern’s east side. They make their way to the storage room and open the secret door on the east wall, into a short hallway with a wooden door directly opposite it and at the hallway’s south end. Roqar, goes to the opposite door and checks for a trap, not finding one, tries to open it but it is locked! Using her thieve’s tools, she successfully picks the lock rolling a 26! Room Description: Racks of weapons line the walls of this chamber, including 12 spears, 6 short swords, 6 light crossbows and 8 quivers of  20 bolts. A dozen dirty red cloaks hang from hooks by the door. Roqar saying, “They can be used against future bandits now”. Kaiser, takes one of the long swords. The group keeps moving through the complex. They enter the crypt room where they were previously attacked by 3 animated skeletons, whose bones are now piled neatly upon the 3 crypts in the room. The north east door is checked for traps and none was found. Roqar, opens the door easily. Room Description: This long room is partitioned into 3 areas, with iron bars walling off the north and south. Filthy straw lines the floors of those cells, the hinged doors of which are secured by chains and padlocks. A pair of disheveled human females are held in the cell to the south, while a human boy is  confined to the north. All are dressed in plain gray tunics and have iron collars fitted around their necks. Greeting Roqar upon entry are two Redbrand Ruffians, whom do not surrender due to orders to guard the prisoners and put up a fight. Initiative rolls are made and Combat Round 1 starts: Roqar, scores a hit for 3 damage on Ruffian #02 with her short sword! Ravoprax, hits for 13 damage with his rapier on Ruffian #02! Flint, using his battle axe, two-handed hits Ruffian #02 for 9 damage, defeating him! Ruffian #01, using two attacks hits with one on Roqar for 3 slashing damage with the short sword! Kaiser, cast the Fire Bolt spell at Ruffian #01 but it missed him! Willie, hits Ruffian #01 for 7 damage with his short sword! Murtle, cast his Toll the Dead spell, of which causes a bell to sound around the Ruffian #01 and cause 4 hit points of necrotic damage! Roqar, using a sneak attack, hits Ruffian #01 with her short sword for 2+6=8 damage, defeating him! End of Combat! Searching the bodies the party finds 2 keys and coin pouches, totaling 2 coppers, 10 silvers and 10 gold coins. Nothing is found in the heap of clothing in the center of the room. They work the keys in the cell doors and sees one opens both padlocks. The other key unlocks the iron collars around their necks. It turns out they have rescued Mirna Dendrar, the wife of the murdered woodworker, Thel Dendrar. Her daughter Nilsa and son Nars are the other two prisoners here. Mirna Dendrar tells them, “Thank you so much, I don’t have anything to offer for freeing us, however I know of a valuable heirloom in the village of Thundertree. We fled the village when undead overran it. We had a herb and alchemy shop there and inside is a case containing an emerald necklace, hidden beneath storage shelves. We never dared to go back to retrieve it. The shop is in the south east part of Thundertree.” The party leads the townsfolks out of the hideout and let them quickly return to Phandalin. They go back inside, cross the north bridge and have a look at the south east passage which ended at a wall. Willie, finds a secret door in the wall! Roqar opens it up and sees the following:
Room Description: You see into a chamber with a five feet wide landing, fifteen feet above a large cellar, a door in it’s wall, with stone steps descending to the floor you are currently on, in two short flights. Another door stands beneath the stairs to the north. A large stone cistern, with a 2 feet high rim, occupies the western part of the room, whose walls are lined with kegs and barrels. Murtle, enters the cistern to have a look inside of it swimming around but does not find anything out of the ordinary. Roqar and the rest of the party start opening up the various barrels, finding ale, apples, sugar and flour, as well as dried beef and pork inside of them. Opening the north door, after not finding a trap Roqar, sees that it leads to the pit area near the double doors of the cypt room. A trap is checked for on the west door and Roqar does not find one, so she opens the door into a combined bunk and storage room. Room Description: This appears to be a storeroom pressed into service as living quarters. Two double bunks stand against the wall near the door, while barrels and crates fill the southern half of the chamber. Three dirty red cloaks hang from the bunks. The contents are the same as in the previous room. Roqar having taken a couple apples and a couple drinks of ale. The party makes their way up the flights of stairs, and find a piece of parchment on a landing which reads: "Lord Albrek, My spies in Neverwinter tell me that strangers are due to arrive in Phandalin. They could be working for the dwarves. Capture them if you can, kill them if you must, but don’t allow them to upset our plans. See that any dwarven maps in their possession are delivered to me with haste. I’m counting on you, Iarno. Don’t disappoint me." ((Signed with a Black Spider Symbol))   Roqar, checks the door for a trap and did not find one, so she opens the door, which leads to a flight of stairs going up into daylight. Climbing the stairs they enter into a storage area with 4 tables along the east wall, parts of the ceiling has collapsed letting sunlight stream in. There are doors in the room’s north west and south west corners, which are opened into a kitchen area with broken windows, the south wall looking out onto the woods east of Phandalin. Kaiser, sends his celestial owl familiar, (through which he can seen and hear what the owl does), out to have a look and confirms that they are in the remains of Tresendar Manor which sits upon a hill on the north east side of Phandalin. The entire 2 nd  floor has collapsed into the first floor. Roqar, opens a north door of the kitchen which leads out onto a patio, with a target standing in one corner. Perhaps the Redbrands were using it for practice. Another north door of the kitchen opens into a room with an empty cabinet now weathered and in disrepair. Moving west, they enter into the main living room of the place with a large circular rug on the floor, now covered in dirt, debris and mold. The rug is lifted to have a look under it and it appears to just be flooring. There is a fireplace on a west wall with two now moldy & filthy buck deer heads to either side. Roqar, sees that the room in the south west corner has a circular stair well that once lead up to the 2 nd  floor of the manor. The remaining 6 rooms that surround the living room are now all empty, and covered with debris. The Front door of the place in the south west corner of the living room opens onto a pathway that leads down the hill and right into Phandalin. The party heads back into town taking the path down the hill. They head to Barthen’s provisions to see about getting a wagon to the Redbrand hideout under Tresendar Manor to retrieve the goods and weapons found there. Once that is done, they are back at the Stonehill Inn, resting up, and showing and telling the folks there about their findings. The townsfolks do believe the party has found the Black Hawk’s,  Lord Aldith Tresendar’s actual ‘Talon’ Sword. Roqar, believes it could fetch upwards of 500 gold pieces if sold.   And this ends the gaming session for the night, until next time! Ranger – High Elf – Willie Belson – Buddy-D Wizard – High Elf – Kaiser Starlocke - Yoshi  Game Summary for Saturday (02/01/2020 Opening Scene: Day 3: May 3rd, 10:45 am The party is sitting in the Stonehill tavern, deciding on what course of action to take next, now that the Redbrand gang has been dealt with aside of not knowing where their leader Glasstaff, has ran off to. It is decided to take a trip up to the ruined village of Thundertree, where Mirna Dendrar, said a family heirloom is hidden. Her family fled the village when undead overran it. They had a herb and alchemy shop there and inside is a case containing  an emerald necklace, hidden beneath storage shelves. They never dared to go back to retrieve it. The shop is in the south  east part of Thundertree. The necklace is something she would give the party for saving her and Nilsa and Nars Dendrar. The party leaves Phandalin and turn west on the Triboar Trail and pass the spot where the pit trap was found in the road with the dead gnome priest. Upon seeing the pit it encourages Murtle to probe the ground in front of them with his trident as they continue to travel. They decide to continue onwards to the High Road and turn north onto it, heading for  Neverwinter City. Once there they stay for a day before heading east to Thundertree. They arrive in Thundertree early in the morning, after 5 days total travel time. Village Description: Near the place where the Neverwinter River emerges from Neverwinter Wood stands the abandoned village of Thundertree.  Once, this was a prosperous community on the outskirts of the forest, wealthy from the work of its woodcutters and trappers.  Then thirty years ago, the eruption of Mount Hotenow to the north devastated Thundertree.  In the wake of the natural disaster, a plague of strange zombies swept over the area, killing or driving off those who survived the eruption. Area Description: Gradually, the trail becomes an old, overgrown lane winding between dilapidated buildings choked in vines and brush.  Ahead of you, in the middle of the settlement, rises a steep hill, upon which stands a stone tower with a partially collapsed roof and an adjoining cottage.  A dirt road hugs the base of the hill and wends its way between old stone houses, many of which are roofless ruins with interiors open to the weather.  Other buildings appear more or less intact. The whole place is eerily silent. A wooden sign is nailed to a post nearby. It reads: “DANGER! Plant monsters AND zombies! Turn back now!” Ravopraxd Elamash says, "That's a nice welcome" Roqar says, "So the town has a death curse, wonderful." Upon arriving at the first house on the south west edge of Thundertree, here is what they see: This small house appears to be in better condition than the ruined and dilapidated structures nearby.  The doors are reinforced with heavy iron bands, and thick shutters protect the windows. Roqar, thumps on the door twice, "Anyone home?" The door creaks open, when they are greeted by Reidoth the druid, whom waves the party inside, while looking out beyond them for  signs of trouble. Reidoth, asks the party what he could do for them and he is informed about looking for the old alchemy shop in the south east of the village. Reidoth, tells the party to beware of what is mentioned on the sign and that other folks wearing black masks and cloaks moved into the east side of town Reidoth warns of a green dragon named Venomfang residing in the tower, on the north side of Thundertree. Reidoth, explains, he visits Thundertree from time to time, to keep an eye on things. After their conversation with Reidoth, the party heads north east up the path then turns eastward. Area description: At an intersection near the middle of the village, a narrow lane winds up the steep hillside to the north.  Directly to the south is a ruined building that might have been a store or workshop.  Webs stretch across the lane, from the building to the trees on the north side of the road. Ravoprax Elmash, cast the Fire Bolt cantrip at the webbing, hoping to burn through it. It burns only slightly. So Kaiser, also cast the Fire Bolt cantrip and burns through a bit more of it. Finally, the webbing is burned through and the party proceeds down the east path when two giant 20 ft long Spiders come out of the ruined building to the south to attack the party! Initiative Rolls are made and Round #01 of Combat begins! Willie, fires an arrow with his long bow but missed Giant Spider #02! Ravoprax, tries to strike Giant Spider #01 with his rapier but missed! Kaiser, cast the Burning Hands spell, which has a 15 ft cone shape so it hits both Spiders for 14 hit points damage to Spider #02 and only 7 damage to spider #01 due to it making it's dexterity saving throw! Roqar, hits Giant Spider #01, with her short sword using a sneak attack for 5 + 5 more for the sneak! Giant Spider #01 attacks Murtle, trying to web him, but Murtle rolling a strength check was successfully able to break the webbing! [Opps, Giant Spider #02 should have attacked here but i forgot about the initiative rolls not going separately for each different monster token into the turn tracker. Instead it all goes into the 1st one rolled]. Murtle, using his versatile spear, missed hitting Giant Spider #02! Flint, hits Giant Spider #01 for 11 damage with his two-handed battle axe! Round #02 of Combat: Willie, hits Giant Spider #02 for 10 damage with his short sword, defeating the Giant Spider! Ravoprax, missed Giant Spider #01 with his rapier! Kaiser, cast a Fire Bolt Cantrip at Giant Spider #01, but missed! Roqar, hits Giant Spider #01 for 5 + 7 more damage from a sneak attack with her short sword, defeating the creature! End of Combat! The party receives 400 experience points for defeating the giant spiders. The bodies of the spiders are search but nothing is found upon them, though Ravoprax, cuts them open, looking at stomach  contents and to remove the venom glands. Nothing but food was in the stomach and venom glands were found but the party does not know the extent of the venom's potency due, thanksfully, for not being bit by them. Roqar, decides to go have a look inside the ruin building the giant spiders came from, entering where a doorway once previously stood. Inside the east half, nothing was to be found. Upon entering the west half, Roqar spots something encased in webbing. Approaching to have a closer look, it appears to be a humanoid body, of which Roqar proceeds to cut free to see if still alive. The humanoid turned out to be the now dead body of a male elf, now shriveled up and sucked dry, wearing studded leather armor, and has a short sword sized scabbard with hilt visible at it's hip. There is also a belt pouch. Roqar, removes the pouch and finds 23 gold coins and 35 silver ones inside, along with a small vial. The liquid inside of the vial has a spicy scent. Roqar, also removes the scabbard and draws out the short sword to see it has fancy elven floral and leaf work upon the hilt and blade. Ravoprax, exits trough a doorway on the south wall of the west room and this brings forth four Twig Blight creatures from the brush and foliage just to the south, which proceed to attack! Ravoprax wonders if they are intelligent creatures. Initiative Rolls are made and Round #01 of Combat begins: Roqar, missed hitting Twig Blight #02 with her short sword! Ravoprax, cast the Fire Bolt cantrip at Twig Blight #03, hitting for 10 damage, defeating the creature! Murtle, cast the Toll the Dead spell at Twig Blight #02, whom is surrouded by the sound of a dolorous bell filling the air at 120 decibels around it, but it makes it's Wisdom save so no damage! Kaiser, cast the Fire Bolt cantrip at Twig Blight #04, but missed! Twig Blight #01, missed Roqar with his claws! The other Twig blights missed their targets. Flint, hits Twig Blight #01 for 4 damage, with his two-handed battle axe, defeating him! Willie, fires an arrow with his long bow at Twig Blight #04 for 6 damage, defeating him! Round #02 of Combat: Roqar, hits Twig Blight #02 with her short sword for 3 + 4 sneak attack damage, defeating him! End of Combat! Party receives 25 XP for each defeated Twig Blight! Nothing of value found upon them. The party proceeds to a path that runs north/south along the east side of the building that the spiders lived in and head south then turn east and head down the path which comes to another ruined building. They enter the building and proceed out a doorway in it's north east wall.  Area Description: A wide chimney and rotted piles of firewood jumbled outside the walls of this sagging building suggest that it was a smithy in its day. ok just a ruined building overgrown with foliage. You see nothing unusual here. They move straight across the path to a door and a building that is still standing intact. Area Description: This small farmhouse appears to be just another empty home at first glance.  However, all the doors are shut and windows shuttered. Roqar, attempts to quietly open the door but it does not budge, so it might be locked from inside. Ravoprax, rolls a strength check to smash through the door and is successful! Inside, he is greeted by two men in black masks and cloaks, with weapons drawn and in a defensive stance. Cultist #01 says, "HALT! Who dares breaks into our house?!" Roqar says, "What's with the masks and cloaks?" but gets no answer. Murtle says, "We don't have to fight ya' know." Ravoprax says, "Cut the tough guy act." Roqar says, "People that don't like masks and cloaks." Cultist #01 says, "We are not looking for a fight. But will defend ourselves." Ravoprax says, "Alright, we dont' want trouble either", "Are you working for the dragon?" Cultist #01 says, "No, but we are in fact trying to forge an alliance with the dragon." Roqar says, "If you are not working for him, then who do you work for?" At this point, the south door into the room opens revealing the cult leader Favric. Cultist #01 says "We work for Favric. We belong to the Cult of the Dragon." pointing to him in the doorway. Favric says, "We have come here to treat with the green dragon in the tower." Ravoprax says, "We seem to have stumbled into your base. We have some business here, that needs to be taken care of.  I was hoping that we can agree to stay out of each other's way?" Favric says, "You stay out of the way of the Cult of the Dragon, we will not interfere with your dealings here in Thundertree." Kaiser says, "Fair enough to me." Ravoprax says, "Any other bases to avoid?" Favric says, "Just try to avoid the twig blights and ash zombies around the village." Ravoprax, tries to think if he knows anything about the cult but really it is the first time he's ever heard of, The Cult of the Dragon, or seen what their followers look like. The party bids their farewell to the cultist and then proceed north along the path. And this ends the gaming session for the day, until next time! The Adventurers Earned 400 XP for defeating the 2 Giant Spiders and 100 XP for the 4 Twig Blights.
