Unable to Change Profile Picture

One day I went to change my profile picture. When I saved it, it changed back to one of the default Roll20 pattern Gravatar pictures. Since then, when I click Choose File and upload a photo, the loading bar fills. Then nothing happens. As though it gets stuck. I've followed Steps 1 through 3 at this link: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5517773/cant-change-profile-picture I've tried updating the picture in different browsers, and even on different devices. (On PC and on my phone) and the issue persists. Cleared cache, turned off blockers and Apps/Extensions. Since it's happening across multiple browsers and devices, I'm beginning to think it may be an account issue.

This will probably require a dev to fix, but just to eliminate the possibilities, are you at or beyond your storage quota on your account?
Greetings, keithcurtis! Ah~! You may be right on the money~! I have a large campaign that I'd put together while I was on a paid subscription. When my subscription expired, I do remember getting a notification that I'd run out of free storage space. If that storage space factors in profile pictures, then that would definitely cause the issue~! This does present a bit of a pickle, though. Would I need to delete content from my game in order to make enough space to change my profile picture? Or would I need to renew my subscription to have the space for it again?

Your best bet would be to write to team@roll20.net and explain your issue. They may have some guidance or be able to otherwise resolve it.
