Shared quest cards are blank to players

I'm trying out the D&D essentials kit and when I try to share a quest card with a player (per the guide), it just pops up as a blank window (no text) on their screen. Are these only viewable by the GM?

Hey Brianis -  Would you mind further describing how you are sharing the quest cards, please? The quest card deck should only be viewable by the GM. However, the quest cards themselves will visible to the corresponding player once you have dealt a card to that player, which is done by using either the Deal  or Choose  buttons.
