Chrome browser with Roll 20

Is there something I can do to make Roll20 work with chrome? So far I've had to use Mozilla Firefox (which works fine), however Chrome just doens't display things correctly. I can't seem too find a setting that works for Chrome, at least from my perspective.

Try running it in an incognito window, to make sure that there are no plugins interfering.
Just tried that with the same results.

Hmm, that is definitely not a normal display, Chrome or no. My first guess would have been a browser zoom setting, but it does not look to be the case, based on the URL bar. Did you install the character sheet manually on that game? Does the behavior look that way on a brand new test game? Do you use an HD monitor?
I have a samsung smart tv. It's LED. Don't have this problem with other browsers. For some reason Chrome just doens't work with the character sheets, nor the chat box. The displays are all goofed up.
So That image was at 80% zoom. It's better at 100% zoom and 125% zoom, but still has offsets and stuff.
I think the problem lies within the character sheet parameters and zoom to an extent. Just unable to get it to work well.

I use the chromium browser "Brave" and it looks fine with that one. Is your chrome browser up to date? If so, maybe it is a glitch with the current version.
I can appreciate that anyone using HTML or high-end scripting languages doesn't have fine control over the litany of browser attributes, I was just hoping that there was an easy fix to this. I'll try chromium "Brave" and see if that suffices.
Yeah, Brave works fine, thanks. Guess I outta just delete Chrome. I had been using it because it's linked to my google account and made simpler. Another story of the large corporation failing it's customers.

I have chrome still but I like Brave also. Most of the privacy extensions that I had to install on chrome are not needed on brave.

I remember I've seen someone else having this same issue, but don't remember if it was determined what was the source of the problem. What operating system do you use? Sometimes browsers render differently on different OS.
anyone dealing with a library of browsers has quite a variety of issues to tackle, no doubtedly. My problem is that the character sheet is unable to be read quickly because between the browser and the character sheet are differences in text size proportion and boldness. Simply put it doens't fit in the alloted  space provided by the art of the sheet.

Brave gives me about the same results as Mozilla, so I got rid of Google Chrome to resolve the issue. Still though on this sheet, I cannot read "Death Saves" within the 'death saves' box area. Some stuff just wasn't 'scrunched' in there. On the Chrome side, this occurs everywhere and the truncation makes it illegible and confusing at a glance.

I'm sorry that brave did not resolve the issue. My OS is the same as yours, Win10 64bit.
It's funny there's a star wars 5e sheet that works perfect. Perhaps the dnd5e by roll 20 sheet is just outdated.

Definitely not, the tiny visual bug is caused by some recent update to the sheet. the 5E and PF2E sheets are the two most frequently updated sheets. The SW5E sheet looks okay-ish bc nobody keeps working on it, and I fixed the visual bugs that I saw on it at one point. I the "Death Saves" and "Hit Dice" thing appears for me as well, and the following sheet changes would likely fix it for most people (Tested on Linux Firefox &amp; Chrome): /* Element | <a href="https://app.roll20.net/editor/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/editor/</a> */ div.sheet-hdice-dsaves-container:nth-child(4) &gt; div:nth-child(2) &gt; button:nth-child(3) { /* margin-top: 6px; */ margin-top: 0px; } /* Element | <a href="https://app.roll20.net/editor/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/editor/</a> */ div.sheet-row-container:nth-child(1) { margin-top: 2px; } /* Element | <a href="https://app.roll20.net/editor/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/editor/</a> */ .sheet-roll-hitdie &gt; select:nth-child(3) { font-size: 13px; width: 25px; } /* Element | <a href="https://app.roll20.net/editor/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/editor/</a> */ div.sheet-row-container:nth-child(2) { margin-top: 2px; }
never plugged this stuff in. where do i put it?

If you use a plugin like Stylus in your browser, I think you could just add that code to a new "rule", and set it to apply when you're on Roll20. But I posted the code to the main 5E thread, so roll20 will probably fix this in the near future.

Just be aware that Brave is not Chrome, and Chrome/Firefox are what are supported by Roll20, not anything else.&nbsp; If a different browser works, that is a happy accident.
Well, I try to keep a library of browsers because of crap like this. Brave looks like a smart phone browser.
