For over two years now I've been working on the Fallout: Vaults & Deathclaws PNP System and it'll be reaching its completion in a month. We have several documents attached to the main PNP which include Vehicles, Equipment, Character Sheets, and eventually, Town Management. We have other plans to expand it but before deciding on what to do, take a quick look at it. The main Dweller's Guide has everything you'll need to start making your character.
