Custom token markers : allow more caracters for their name

Hello, I've created my own custom marker set and as i'm french, I've given them display names in french language. But market set tool doesn't allow to use caracters with accent, and this gives innacurate labels. For example, I'd like to use "Blessé" or "Mélancolie" but I have to write "Blesse" or "Melancolie" which isn't the same word / meaning. Here I give my example with french language but this is the same, I believe, for any language with specific accent caracters like in spanish. Thanks in advance
Good idea, would love to see this implemented.

I think this might be something to report-request in Bug Reports & TECHNICAL ISSUES forum, which might rise above Suggestions that need to be voted on with popular support. To me it sounds like a language-support accessibility issue. I would encourage you to try making another thread on the forum to ask the status of this compatibility.
Well, it seems to me that this is by design and that the label displayed is the name given. And when I put a name with an accent character and I try to save, I get a message "Names must be at least 1 character and can only use letters, numbers, spaces and '-'". But even if this is by design (and thus not an standard issue), still it's an accessibility issue, on that point I totally agree with you. Thus I'm gonne create a post in Bug Reports. Thank you for your advices :-)
