vampire the masquerade v20 character sheet is broken

the character sheet for the game vampire the masquerade  v20. The craft skill is in read and reads like [crafts-u]. there is a red section called [pathsins-u] which should not be there. The health section has a lot more "extra bruised" boxes and the movement speed section doesn't even work.
I hope we can just get this fixed soon. Sorry if someone else poster or report this bug but i didn't see it.
