Hey there Giovanne L. -  Would you mind providing me a screenshot of the issue? Also, could you reply with the requested system specs as seen below, please? We appreciate your patience as we work through this! I normally use Avast antivirus, but I uninstalled it to test if it was causing the problem and there was no change, I also don't use any extensions on my browser, even the adblock function I choose not to use because of some problems that can cause
I have had the same issue on Chrome for the last three weeks.
Opera is not a supported browser for Roll20. Only Chrome and Firefox.

I think I may have run into that once upon a time with WebGL blocked by NoScript in my browser (Firefox). Once I stopped blocking WebGL I was off to the races. It's worth a look to see if your browser operates with WebGL - it may need to be specifically enabled if it is not already. Granted - if this just suddenly appeared and was working fine before with Opera, it's probably not related to that...

Nicholas, I tried on chrome,i don't use any chrome extensions either, but the problem remains the same, I am able to access it through firefox, but I have used roll20 on opera for more than 1 year and I have never had this problem, I am using it on firefox, but I would like to solve this problem in opera, because I prefer to use this browser because of the browser tools and shortcuts.
Hey Giovanne L. - Unfortunately, the only browsers we officially support are Chrome and Firefox. As such, there isn't going to be as much we can do to help you directly fix this in Opera. However, some users have found that this issue can be resolved from toggling Hardware Acceleration in your browser and/or system. A quick search of "disable hardware acceleration in Opera" should provide some directions for doing so in Opera. Additionally, if you tell me which operating system you are using, I can also provide you some directions for disabling hardware acceleration for your OS as well.
