I bought 4 kolbold press books from the Marketplace and very few DM's allow their use. So I would like to take them off my compendium and I am trying to figure out how to get rid of them.
The ability to filter Compendiums is currently a Suggestion, that could certainly use your vote. The one I introduced failed to garner enough votes, but there are others. At this point, it is not possible. Control which books in the Compendium are shared with the Player Sharing feature
